The main space, downstairs in the house is 2 bedrooms /1 bathroom and the upstairs unit  is 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom. The carriage house is also a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom space. Students are welcome; smoking is permitted outside.
Pet is negotiable with a $500 pet deposit, half nonrefundable; dog breed restrictions apply. Pet Rent $25/mo.
Tenant pays electricity including heat.
