The house has two floors. The main floor includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and bathroom. In the family/TV room there is a pull-out couch with a bed. The second floor has three bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry room. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the other bedroom has two twin beds.
The FAMILY/TV ROOM/PARLOR has a 65″ 4K UHD Roku Smart TV with over 200 channels, Netflix/Hulu capabilities and a DVD player. There are couches for seating up to 6-8 people, but you can pull additional seating from the dining area for more guests. The large couch pulls out with a queen mattress to sleep two.
The DINING ROOM table seats 10 people comfortably.
The KITCHEN features a range, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and pretty much anything you will need in order to cook. It is fully set up with dishes, wine glasses, cookware, ice maker, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer and much more!
The BATHROOM off of the dining room is a half bathroom with a sink and toilet. The bathroom upstairs has a bathtub, large vanity and toilet. Towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion and a hairdryer are provided.
The upstairs has three BEDROOMS. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have closets. This is a Queen Anne style upstairs, that has low slanted ceilings in some rooms.

The private entrance to the apartment is at ground level with one flight of stairs up to the apartment, which is located entirely on the second floor of the building. Downstairs, below the loft, is a professional office which maintains standard 9:00 am to 5:00 pm business hours.
