These furnished studios are located in the center of Old Town Fort Collins. One studio is equipped with a private bath while the other two studios share 1.5 bathrooms. All studios share a large stocked common kitchen, while their private studio is also equipped with a kitchenette. Large natural light and original hardwood floors create the perfect downtown studio feel.
The main cross streets are Jefferson and Linden.

QUALIFICATIONS & CRITERIA
-Must be 18 years of age to apply and sign a lease
-Photo ID needed
-Application Fee: $48 per person, non-refundable
-We will process the first signed application with application fee and unit reservation fee
-Approval or denial is based on the following criteria:
1) Rental/Mortgage History
2) Credit Report
3) Income. Household income should meet or exceed three times the rent
